ALGYVAL (pronunciation : Al’geevahl’) is a massage balm for sporting & working dogs.

Massage ALGYVAL into the muscles to warm them up before competition and to aid recovery after the effort.

ALGYVAL can also be applied to painful joints or irritated area between the toes.
ALGYVAL may be very useful in recovery therapy for post-traumatic, post-fractural and post- surgical pain.

ALGYVAL can be applied several times daily, for 5 to 10 minutes each time.
Use long and gentle massage against the direction of the hair growth.
Use enough ALGYVAL so it penetrates the hair and reaches the skin. Then the cutaneous penetration is good and ALGYVAL can go to work on sore muscles beneath the skin.

For painful joints, it may be advisable to apply a saturated compress (or wrist wrap) held in place with a bandage. Renew every twelve hours, to increase the contact time with ALGYVAL.

COMPOSITION
100 ml contains :
Hyperoxygenated ARACHIS HYPOGEA (peanut extract) .............. 93 ml
Rosemary oil sufficient for .............................................................. 100 ml

PROPERTIES
The hyperoxygenated peanut extract, active principle of ALGYVAL^®, is obtained industrially through a controlled peroxydation of purified ground nut oil.
Saturation in oxygen and intensives which are created in vivo during the inflammatory process (pro-inflammatory lipidie mediators such as prostaglandins and leucotrienes).
The anti-inflammatory properties of ALGYVAL's active principles would be linked to a phenomenon of competition on the cell membrane receptors of the pro-inflammatory lipidic mediators.

INDICATIONS
For sporting dogs, massage of muscle improve warming up before the competition and recovery after the effort.
ALGYVAL^® can also be applied on painful joints or irritated inter digital spaces.
ALGYVAL^® may be very useful during functional reeducation of post-traumatic, post-fractural and post-surgical pains.

Used by 95% of the mushers on the Iditarod.
